The Secrecy Class: America's New Aristocracy

The class structure has inverted. The Top Secret Class—contractors, military officers, surveillance architects, intelligence intermediaries—is not just the last stable middle class. It is the de facto ruling class, wielding power without accountability.

Their privileges are structural:

• Guaranteed income streams, funded by taxpayers and shielded from recession.
• Legal impunity, protected by layers of classification and national security doctrine.
• Cross-sector dominion, via revolving doors between the Pentagon, Silicon Valley, and Wall Street.
• Total insulation, never facing the consequences of the systems they design.

Meanwhile, what once was the working class has been reduced to a service class—surveilled, precarious, and disposable. The result is a two-tier society: one that engineers control, and one that labors beneath it. This is epartheid.

Epistemological Control: When Entropy Becomes Strategy

This is no longer just economic decline. It is the weaponization of knowledge itself. Control is no longer enforced by force alone, but by erasure—by manipulating what can be seen, said, or even known.

The mechanisms are well-established:

• Classification: rendering evidence untouchable and dissent unprovable.
• Cultural propaganda: war rebranded as entertainment, extraction rebranded as innovation.
• Institutional hollowing: the public sector reduced to a contracting shell, the private sector a front for surveillance.

Entropy here is not chaos. It is order in decay—the rationalization of collapse as necessity. The system no longer claims to serve the public. It exists solely to preserve its own inertia, secured by secrecy and fed by extraction.

The question is no longer how to fix it. The question is how long the illusion can be sustained—and what will follow the collapse of an empire that forgot how to build and remembers only how to consume.
